I would guess if they meet specs then their problem is probably a outdated driver. No error messages.

No steam overlay. Running it on a GX70 MSI Destroyer. More than capable. Its the fact that it was running just fine, then out of the blue, didn't.

Was merely asking if anyone had any ideas what might have been the problem. Having to read that i was not knowing what i was doing was a bit.

Doublechecked before updating my post. No messages anywhere, nothing in processes, task manager, even av not there. So *shrugs* It's just another game that won't work, sadly. Thanks anyhow.
